Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Please, expect some delays due to Covid 19.

 

If an order is placed after 1 pm during regular business hours, your processing time starts the next business day, excluding Holidays and inclement weather.

 

If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, your order processing time starts on the next business day, excluding Holidays and inclement weather.

 

Customer Responsibility 
 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout.

 

Refused/Unclaimed Packages 

Any refused or unclaimed package will be returned to the manufacturer, and if a customer requests reshipment, it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for the reshipment.

 

If an order is scanned delivered to the address provided at checkout  Opulence Wigs & Accessories is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after scanned delivered. Please, contact the courier to file a claim.

 

Returns

For hygiene purposes and health protection, we do not honor any exchanges or returns on any items. 

 
 

Refunds

After an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after the submission of payment. There will be no refund. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

We do not offer refunds or credits on any order.

 

Please, note that wig colors can appear different from real life to the computer monitor and swatch. We cannot be held liable for any color that is not liked when ordered. Also, note that human hair color will always appear warmer than synthetic due to the different fibers.

 

If you damage your unit by improper wear (tearing of lace front) or using incorrect hair care products, which resulted in the shedding of wig hair and matting, we will not replace items damaged by mishandling of products.
